摘要: Abstract Sexual behavior in male rats is accompanied by an increase body temperature of 1°C. It has been suggested that this may be, at least part, a febrile response mediated the endogenous central release prostaglandins E series (PGE). This putative PGE could also affect expression sexual behavior, possibility was tested present experiment. PGE2 infused into cerebral aqueduct and hypothalamic were monitored. infusion raised decreased postejaculatory interval ejaculation latency. The exact cause acceleration cannot as yet be determined.
