摘要: Even though institutions rather than ageing influence medical expenditure at the aggregate level, measuring expected impact of changes in need (age and health status) on a given national care system allows one to assess how allocate resources across ages. I attempt such decomposition variation between need, socio- economic circumstances technology case France, using unique data set individual level. use morbidity as an indicator test for endogeneity expenditure, well temporal stability relationship care.
