摘要: Meat poses some risks to human health and meat-borne diseases constitute a high burden worldwide. In central Africa, bushmeat is commonly consumed in the urban setting. A lack of information on consumption contamination limits evaluation linked bushmeat. cross-sectional survey was conducted among 205 households Port-Gentil (Gabon) quantify relative levels different meat types explore certain determinants consumption. separate study aimed determine prevalence Campylobacter, Salmonella Shigella within sold markets Port-Gentil.
