摘要: In polymeric nanoparticle preparation, despite similar conditions, large fluctuations in particle size distributions are usually observed. Herein, we demonstrate that the intermittent addition of a desolvating agent can improve reproducibility preparation bovine serum albumin (BSA) nanoparticles. Using this modification, BSA nanoparticles controlled be manufactured with narrow distributions. our study, ethanol as was added intermittently to 1% solutions at different pHs stirring 700rpm. The effect parameters on and optical density fabricated were studied. average particles sizes prepared pH values 6, 7 9 approximately 100, 200 300nm, respectively. As increased, desolvation molecules resulted formation loose-structured pH-dependent size. Beyond that, only but remained unchanged further ethanol. Consistently uniform distribution achieved by adding intermittently.
