摘要: The organ most frequently involved in mastocytosis is the skin. Cutaneous (CM) classified according to clinical presentation and further defined by onset of disease. CM tends appear early life but adult occurs. children has a low incidence systemic involvement whereas occurs >25% adults. Almost all patients with belong into indolent category consensus revised classification (Valent et al., Diagnostic criteria mastocytosis: proposal. Leukemia Research 2001;25:603-625.) thus have good prognosis. infancy childhood involutes spontaneously, adults does not. prevalence disease unknown familiar occurrence very rare.
