摘要: Strontium (Sr) doped anatase TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by the method of hydrolysis and characterized for their structural, optical magnetic properties. The crystalline nature tetragonal phase undoped Sr examined XRD. blue shifted band gap was studied UV–vis analysis. Room-temperature (RT) photoluminescence (PL) spectra exhibited a strong UV emission at 364 nm 381 nm, weak 406 431 nm. PL also showed an increase in concentration defects, due to doping. room temperature ferromagnetism (RTFM) observed from VSM measurement, influence is discussed.
