Weaning of immunosuppression in long-term recipients of living related renal transplants: a preliminary study.

摘要: Although renal transplantation continues to be associated with increasingly good short- and long-term graft survival, there remains a need for continued chronic immunosuppression this can lead significant complications.1–3 This has prompted the evaluation of withdrawal or modification by several investigators varying results.4,5 Emerging data proposing dendritic cell migration repopulation chimerism following solid organ as basis acceptance have further encouraged titrated in select groups patients.6–8 The finding that donor-specific nonreactivity occur simultaneously living related kidney recipients9 led us evaluate these patients.
