摘要: Abstract Konjac glucomannan is safely and widely used in the functional food industry. Compared with glucomannan, oligosaccharides have higher water solubility making them easier to absorb utilize. These are also associated many biological activities. A novel hydrolase PpGluA high activity substrate specificity which releases a series of konjac having DP 2–9 described here. Selenium one essential trace elements for humans. The selenium-modified were prepared by sodium selenite-nitric acid method first time. Antitumor studies demonstrated that had better than inorganic selenite inhibited tumor inducing apoptosis through mitochondrial pathway. This study suggests may be potential as new inhibition tumors.
