摘要: Abstract Ubiquitin is a highly conserved, ubiquitously expressed eukaryotic protein with immensely important, and diverse regulatory functions. The covalent attachment of ubiquitin molecules to intracellular proteins (referred as ubiquitination) can influence activity, abundance, or localization. most prominent function the its role in selective proteolysis, component ubiquitin–proteasome system (UPS). In response an environmental stimulus developmental cue, ubiquitination be either promoted inhibited, leading increased degradation stabilization, which results changes gene expression. Plants have made extensive use proteolytic control transcription by regulating abundance factors (TFs). A commonly used mechanism stimulus-induced stabilization TF. This other modes ubiquitin-dependent TF will discussed. regulation two TFs, ABI5 MYC2, highlighted.
