摘要: Reports a study of 54 organizations, 30 which were nonservice firms. The purpose the was to evaluate various aspects environmental uncertainty and their impacts on innovativeness (new products processes). In recursive, causal path model sample firms, it found significantly (p<;0.05) that impact global measure perceived firm is mediated by an aggressive technology policy and, in turn, presence special equipment evaluation group organization, for major process innovations only.
