摘要: Inflammatory choroidal neovascularization is a severe but uncommon complication of uveitis, more frequent in posterior uveitis such as punctate inner choroidopathy, multifocal choroiditis, serpiginous and Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome. Its pathogenesis supposed to be similar the wet age related macular degeneration: hypoxia, release vascular endothelial growth factor, stromal cell derived factor 1-alpha, other mediators seem involved uveitis-related neovascularization. A review on factors implicated so far inflammatory was performed. Also we reported success rate single studies concerning therapies secondary during last decade: photodynamic therapy, intravitreal bevacizumab, ranibizumab, besides steroidal immunosuppressive therapy. Hereby standardization therapeutic approach proposed.
