摘要: Abstract The use of the differential pulse mode in anodic stripping voltammetry with an electrode consisting a thin mercury film deposited situ on glassy carbon support leads to detection limits which are 3–5 times lower than if simple linear scan is used at same electrode. If has high base current, improvement limit will be even greater. Differential peak currents, however, more susceptible interference by surface-active substances, and undetected adsorption/desorption effects can cause serious errors. Precautions necessary maintain good condition described.
