摘要: In this article, we consider houses belonging to an eco-neighborhood in which inhabitants have the capacity optimize dynamically energy demand and storage level so as maximize their utility. The inhabitants’ preferences are characterized by sensitivity toward comfort versus price, optimal expected temperature house, thermal loss heating efficiency of house. At his level, manager shares resource produced according two schemes: equal allocation between a priority based one. problem is modeled stochastic game solved using dynamic programming. We simulate consumption under various pricing mechanisms: flat rate, peak off-peak hour, blue/white/red day, day clearing update price on eco-neighborhood. observe that economic incentives for store depend deeply implemented mechanism homogeneity houses’ characteristics.
