摘要: Natural infection with Ehrlichia canis and Anaplasma platys in ticks belonging to the tropical temperate lineages of Rhipicephalus sanguineus sensu lato from Argentina was evaluated. Samples were tested for by PCR assays using 16S rRNA, dsb p28 gene, while detection A. performed rRNA groESL gene. The assignment each lineage corroborated rDNA sequences. All infected E. belonged lineage. These results constitute first record R. s.l Argentina. No found be canis, coinciding previous studies Uruguay where not detected Because presence has been documented areas northern between 22° 24° south latitude, findings this work indicate that transmission dogs probably occurs along region.
