摘要: Influenza and tetanus vaccine utilization is assessed according to health insurance coverage among older adults with disabilities. A cross-sectional analysis was performed on 8,682 men women aged 60 from six cities of the Health, Well-Being Aging in Latin America Caribbean Study (SABE, 1999–2000). In multivariate analyses combined sample cities, being uninsured functionally disabled – having any functional difficulty instrumental activities daily living (IADL) or (ADL) associated lower odds for receiving influenza vaccination within last year (OR 0.23 95% CI 0.16–0.36), 10 years 0.36 0.24–0.52), compared insured disabled.
