摘要: The present invention relates to hitherto unknown intermediate of formula, in which R 1 stands for hydrogen or a straight branched aliphatic C -C 20 carbon chain an aryl aralkyl group, and "ar" meaning aromatic heterocyclic, 5- 6-membered ring substituent containing 2 hetero atoms selected among O, S N, optionally being further substituted, its interrupted by like oxygen, carbonyl group(s); 3 alkyl. intermediates can be used one step method producing prodrugs where D-H =drug itself.
