摘要: Maxillofacial surgery treats abnormalities of the skeleton head. Skull remodelling implies osteotomies, bone fragment repositioning, restoration defects, inserting implants, .... Recently, use 3D image-based planning systems is more and accepted in this field. Although bone-related concepts methods are maturing, prediction soft tissue deformation needs further fundamental research. In paper we present a tetrahedral model that can be used system to predict changes due skeletal changes. Our consists mass points connected by springs. We propose way directly calculate external To achieve fast calculations take advantage fact most deformations local compare our results with pre-computed reference models, prove accuracy model.
