摘要: A level detector 2 detects variation of the amplitude an input signal a to output b representing HIGH or LOW in order define head portion circuit a. time constant control 3 generates c based on estimator 4 so as make small for prescribed period from when varies LOW. The estimates DC offset included with according estimate d. compensator 1 subtracts d obtain compensation output. Therefore, 4, speed estimating is different between corresponding and other periods. Thus, device can be configured capable fast at stable portions.
