摘要: Public utilities such as water, electricity and gas are essential services in our daily life. These play a vital role socio-economic development. Governments ultimately responsible for ensuring access of these under accountable regulatory frameworks. Increased population demand requires new architecture automated management control public utility services. Wireless sensor network based solutions is proposed solutions. It consists large number nodes at user premises. The data aggregation becomes critical size grows. In this paper we propose novel topology, frame format protocol cluster management.
