摘要: A valve which prevents the filling of a fluid container through port (6) by an unauthorized party, and, at same time, allows authorized party. The is operated actuator means (10) controls flow valve. combines two major features: (1) operation encoded device (32) whose code known only to party; (2) sealed within housing or so that physical access restricted. This combination features makes tamper-proof and actuatable parties only. Also disclosed system method for preventing container.
