摘要: Fast voluntary horizontal head movements were recorded in 30 healthy volunteers while they viewing a fixed targed darkness. Selective averaging of the fastest revealed biphasic cortical potential. Median latency its onset was 123.5 msec, first peak 189 second 373 with amplitudes ranging around 5.7 myV. Similar recordings patients uni- or bilateral vestibular nerve lesions demonstrated that strong stimulation joint and somatosensory (neck afferent) input facilitated characteristically related EEG activity.
