摘要: The traditional ladder switched-capacitor converter (SCC) has limited voltage gain range, sacrificing the overall efficiency severely to extend range. In this paper, Ladder multi-resonant converters (MRSCC) with extended range are proposed. By adding multi resonance core and adopting on-time fixed frequency modulation, a "charge balance" state overlapped resonant currents is introduced. Consequently, conversion ratio of RSC can be regulated continuously, widely efficiently even at light load condition. addition, all transistors turned on zero-current-switching (ZCS) operation diodes off ZCS operation. Moreover, complete soft-charging between capacitors obtained, eliminating charge-sharing loss effectively. A comprehensive analysis principle, voltage-gain curve component stress presented. An open loop prototype was built verify converter.
