摘要: Statement of the Problem: When adhesive restorations are used in combination with bleaching clinical applications, it is generally recommended to wait for a period time between two procedures. However, not clear if interval necessary applying treatments and silorane-based restorative system. Purpose: The purpose this vitro study was determine activated affects bond strength restorative, newly developed that uses polymerization system has been reported be insensitive oxygen. Methods: A gel consisting 38% hydrogen peroxide applied ground labial enamel surfaces using diode laser bleach teeth. Then, without waiting any time, four different materials were bleached surfaces, these sets compared nonbleached control samples. shear systems tested, data evaluated two-way analysis variance Tukey HSD tests. Results: Significant differences (p < 0.05) strengths found among surfaces. Conclusion: It may more beneficial allow 2 3 weeks composite restoratives or methacrylate-based composites than just agents immediately after bleaching. further studies needed examine structural effects on enamel. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE A should allowed application systems. (J Esthet Restor Dent 23:399–409, 2011)
