From Indicators to Policies: Open Sustainability Assessment in the Water and Sanitation Sector

摘要: A water and sanitation sustainability index (WASSI) was developed estimated in four cities of the province Salta, northern Argentina. The built with nine descriptors fifteen indicators that covered all essential aspects local management systems. Only one studied obtained a value above acceptability threshold adopted (50 100 points). Results indicate company needs to address some environmental social issues enhance systems studied.
