摘要: Abstract Due to low service quality of maintenance management, high cost becomes a common issue in building industry Malaysia. Lack preventive measure is the problem that resulting poor performance. So, condition-based introduced improve Monitoring tools and equipment seen as an important factor ensure efficiency maintenance. this paper aims determine aspects monitoring be concerned maintenance, well establish relationship between A quantitative approach adopted performed through questionnaire survey. Furthermore, descriptive analysis correlation are used analyse research data. The literature review determines three considered management. result demonstrates budget allocation for acquisition equipment, capability operate availability significantly correlated variance. recommends management convince clients or organisation acquire advanced implementation Besides that, provision training encouraged personnel able utilise equipment.
