摘要: Lymphocytes from patients with cancer of the larynx have been characterized by activity two enzymes involved in purine metabolism—adenosine deaminase and nucleoside phosphorylase. It has shown that phosphorylase was 1.5-fold higher lymphocytes comparison a group healthy individuals. Adenosine elevated three to four-fold. The authors suggest especially estimation adenosine would be useful laboratory test study immune responsiveness larynx.
