摘要: To determine whether the suprachiasmatic nucleus can drive a circadian release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) in preoptic area, we measured GnRH, arginine-vasopressin and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) cocultures area at 2-h intervals over period 120 h. The GnRH exhibited significant rhythm presence oestrogen but not absence oestrogen. was same as that rhythm, different from VIP each coculture. Furthermore, peak phase occurred time However, always rhythm. Administration significantly increased single cultures oestrogen, did not. result suggests that, neurones We suggest mediate clock information to vivo well.
