摘要: Objective To investigate the correlation between sarcopenia and albuminuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 360 T2DM (including 206 male 154 female patients) hospitalized our hospital January, 2015 December, 2018 were enrolled. According to their medical history laboratory test results, divided into group (n=122) non-albuminuria (n=238). The clinical anthropological data collected skeletal muscle index (SMI), appendage lean mass, index, body fat, bone mineral capacity density measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Logistic regression was used analyze these composition parameters or chronic kidney disease (CKD) diabetic patients. Results course T2DM, hypertension, age, systolic blood pressure, low lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride, uric acid, waistline, Urinary albumin creatinine ratio, serum creatinine, glomerular filtration rate differed significantly those without (P 0.05). Conclusions Sarcopenia is probably an independent risk factor for T2DM.
