摘要: A nano-complex containing fish scale collagen, konjac glucomannan, camellia chrysantha polyphenols and ginsenoside Rb1 (GCPR) have been prepared successfully by gelation method. Infrared spectroscopy (IR), scanning field emission electron microscopy (FESEM), Energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX), dynamic light scattering (DLS), ultraviolet–visible (UV–Vis) were used to determine characteristics of obtained GCPR nano-complex. The is in spherical shape with the average particle size 115.4 nm (95.1%) 593.0 nm (4.1%). Polyphenols could interact collagen glucomannan through hydrogen bonding dipole–dipole interactions, therefore, drug release from pH 2 buffer solution (simulated gastric fluid human body) 7.4 intestinal be controlled. In particular, biological activity inhibition cancer cells, anti-inflammatory antioxidant also was investigated. results show that exhibits a positive effect on cells comparison polyphenol or Rb1. Besides, exhibit non-toxic normal antioxidation ability. This promising for application biomedicine.
