摘要: Nodular fasciitis is a benign, reactive, proliferative spindle-cell lesion, usually located at the subcutaneous tissues or muscle fascia. Clinically, it manifests as soft-tissue mass with well-defined margins and fixed to adjacent structures. Because of its rapid growth rate, rich cellularity relatively high mitotic activity, nodular sometimes misdiagnosed sarcoma. Accurate diagnosis based only on histopathological examination. A rare case buccal mucosa in 50-year-old female patient presented.
