摘要: Arteriovenous fistulae and grafts for hemodialysis access are a lifeline in patients with end-stage renal disease. A significant cause of morbidity mortality this population is dialysis dysfunction. Duplex ultrasound imaging an excellent modality to evaluate arteriovenous grafts, the 2 main types long-term access. This review provides detailed Doppler protocol evaluation or familiarize imagers their normal appearance, highlighting common complications.
