摘要: Polyaniline (PANi) was electro-synthesized on the surface of screen-printed carbon electrodes in presence sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as a dopant. The complex aniline and SDS created conductive (PANi-SDS) film at lower concentration. PANi-SDS contained negative charge due to anionic head SDS. modified electrode integrated into poly(dimethylsiloxane) microfluidic chip an electrochemical sensor for mercury detection. polyaniline enhanced possibility ions uptake, therefore, increased peak current square wave anodic stripping exhibited dynamic range from 6 35 nM with detection limit 2.4 nM.
