摘要: A pre-programmed device and method for forming displaying images includes: electrically powered light emitters in one or more rows that can be moved a path generally perpendicular with the row of lights; microprocessor(s) controlling motion speed sensors which enable display device; source electrical power within, on, connected to is provided. The microprocessor turns individual on off time-controlled manner graphics, words messages when at above rate required seen by humans.
