摘要: Intrinsic Josephson tunneling takes place between copper-oxide (CuO) planes of several anisotropic high-temperature superconductors, such as Bi2Sr2Ca Cu2O8 + δ (Bi2212). To study the intrinsic effects, mesas are usually patterned into surfaces Bi2212 single crystals. The mesa structure contains an array typically 5–30 junctions formed adjacent superconducting CuO planes. number defects that could affect measurements is limited in small volume mesa. Variations carrier concentration and introduction columnar by heavy-ion irradiation can be used to control correlations pinning magnetic vortex pancakes. provides information on phase diagram Abrikosov vortices, allows for direct critical current individual planes, permits observation macroscopic quantum tunneling, spectroscopy phonons, superconducting- pseudo gaps, shows coherent THz radiation significant power.
