摘要: The chromium addition remarkably improves the wettability of SiC/Ni–Cr systems within Cr content range 10–60 wt.%. For SiC/Ni–51Cr system, a reaction layer about 100 μm thick exists between SiC ceramic and filler is composed mainly Ni 2 Si graphite with little 23 C 6 , whereas consists Si. Both interfacial reactions formation products contribute to improvement wetting systems.
