摘要: A dense and uniform bonelike apatite layer was formed on a substrate by the following biomimetic method. The first placed granular particles of CaO, SiO2-based glass soaked in simulated body fluid (SBF) with ion concentrations nearly equal to those human blood plasma then another highly supersaturated respect apatite. thickness increased proportion soaking time second solution. rate increase from 0.5 7.0 μm/day increasing temperature solution 10° 60°C, 0.15 1.7 0.2 1.5 times SBF, doubled shaking These results indicate that growth is controlled mass transport across interface between crystal fluid.
