Anti-Corruption Security for Development

摘要: Corruption, defined as an abuse of the public power for illegal private gain, is a serious threat to economic and social development there no acceptance it in society. Corruption should be seen not disease, but pathology authority system. Effective prevention corruption essential development, particular by eliminating corruptive mechanisms, i.e. irregularities causing or increasing risk corruption. The state provide sense anti-corruption security society, transparency law decision-making, exclusion conflicts interest, disclosure effective control are elements this security. In Poland, significant sufficient progress has been made field framing.
