摘要: Aim: Chlorella vulgaris is a unicellular green microalga with several pharmacological activities including anti-hyperlipidemic effects. In spite of interesting preclinical findings, the clinical efficacy C. in dyslipidemia—whether alone or combination statins—has not been clarified. The present study aimed to investigate impact supplementation as an adjunctive therapy atorvastatin dyslipidemic subjects. Methods: randomised, open-label trial, 100 subjects were randomly assigned to: (i) group (n = 50, dropouts 24), receiving (600 mg/day) + (20 for 8 weeks; (ii) 13), only weeks. Lipid profile and biomarkers muscular, hepatic renal injury determined at baseline end trial. Results: There significant reductions serum total cholesterol (P < 0.001), low-density lipoprotein 0.001) triglycerides 0.006 P 0.004 group) both groups. No change high-density levels was observed any Serum aspartate aminotransferase raised 0.034) 0.002) groups, whereas alkaline phosphatase elevated 0.028). comparison values, no alanine aminotransferase, creatine phosphokinase, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen fasting sugar. Conclusion: Based on results, addition weeks does appear be associated improved control lipid profile.
