摘要: We present an optical system designed to capture and observe a single neutral atom in dipole trap, created by focusing laser beam using large-numerical-aperture $(\mathrm{NA}=0.5)$ aspheric lens. experimentally evaluate the performance of show that it is diffraction limited over broad spectral range $(\ensuremath{\sim}200\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{nm})$ with large transverse field $(\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}25\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\ensuremath{\mu}\mathrm{m})$. The tweezer at focal point lens able trap atoms $^{87}\mathrm{Rb}$ detect them individually collection efficiency. measure oscillation frequency use this value as independent determination waist tweezer. Finally, we produce same two traps separated $2.2\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\ensuremath{\mu}\mathrm{m}$ imaging can resolve atoms.
