摘要: Purpose – The identification and exploitation of opportunities requires specific entrepreneurial skills. purpose this paper is to present the activities a drug‐dealer in provincial town UK.Design/methodology/approach Adopting qualitative approach, specifically narrative history, an examination key motivations business functions carried out by dealer provided. personal circumstances characteristics are explored compared with existing typologies individuals.Findings concludes suggesting that social research kind not value free, nor should it attempt be so. outlined account exhibits clear well‐defined characteristics.Originality/value develops more detailed understanding nature function drug‐dealing how these correlate contradict theoretical contributions.
