摘要: Abstract This study investigated the effect of Paenibacillus polymyxa LM31 supplementation on growth performance, antioxidative status, immune response, cecal microbiota, and biochemical parameters growing Japanese quail. Identification was identified volatile organic compounds antibacterial activity selected isolate supernatant were determined. A total 225 unsexed one-wk-old quail chicks randomly allocated to 5 treatments (5 pens, 9 birds/pen) fed either a basal diet as control group or supplemented with four different levels 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 0.4 mg / kg feed. The results GC mass profile revealed that several secreted by in supernatant. showed potent properties against gram negative positive bacteria well fungi. significantly improved performance quails. administration up 0.4 mg/kg reduced plasma cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL), very (VLDL), triglycerides (TG). use at (P = 0.0042) increased high (HDL) compared control. In addition, dietary 0.3 mg /kg superoxide dismutase (SOD), antioxidant capacity (TAC), immunoglobulin M (IgM) Immunoglobulin G (IgG) whereas lipid peroxidation (MDA). Furthermore, modulated ceacal microbiota reducing count E. coli Enterobacter spp. lactic acid bacteria. conclusion, could improve productive body health status via improving increasing beneficial count.
