摘要: The diffusion theory for spin injection from magnetic layer into nonmagnetic was reviewed. Basic equations were derived and applied to a ferromagnet/semiconductor/ferromagnet system. polarization magnetoresistance calculated. reason difficulty in detecting with explained, possible solution discussed.
