摘要: The simultaneous occurrence of abdominal aortic aneurysm and rectal cancer is uncommon but represents a therapeutic dilemma. We report two patients in whom endovascular stenting the was not feasible. These were managed by an initial retroperitoneal repair followed few weeks later ultra low anterior resection.
