摘要: BACKGROUND AND STUDY AIMS: Generally, cystic tumors are divided into two categories: neoplastic and non-neoplastic (NNC) tumors. Neoplastic include mucinous neoplasm (MCN), intraductal papillary-mucinous (IPMN), serous (SCN). MCNs IPMNs have the potential to progress a malignant state, whereas SCNs known for their almost benign behavior. Thus, in order make management decisions, it is important distinguish between potentially (MCN IPMN), (SCN NNC) The aim of this study was retrospectively investigate value endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) differential diagnosis pancreas. PATIENTS METHODS: A total 76 patients with pancreas were preoperatively examined by EUS. Eight cases MCNs, 45 IPMNs, 13 SCNs, 10 NNC EUS findings relevant distinguishing analyzed statistically. RESULTS: All female all these located pancreatic body/tail. IPMN, however, occurred predominantly men, head. 11 monolocular nature. Eleven included microcystic areas within round appearance, 93 % not appearance. Mural nodules present 25 MCN 38 IPMN cases. In univariate analysis, age, tumor size, locularity, number formation, component, appearance significant variables. multivariate locularity component CONCLUSIONS: characteristics revealed useful diagnosis.
