摘要: The conditions determining the dynamical behavior of ionized gas in outer atmosphere earth are discussed. It is proposed to call this region which magnetic field dominates ‘magnetosphere.’ Observations by Van Allen and others indicate that zone reaches out between 5 10 radii, depending on degree disturbance. It shown existence an insulating layer at base region, namely non-ionized atmosphere, completely changes type control exerted field, allowing a class motions occur freely without need overcome any forces. extent such may discussed, some indications from airglow observations mentioned. The theory predicts that, level F2 above, most will show strict symmetry two points line force.
