摘要: Abstract : The overall objective of this proposal is to develop novel therapeutic approaches breast cancer by understanding the molecular and cellular basis tumor antigen (Ag) recognition cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL). Characterization HLA-A2 bound peptides comparison CTL activity signal intensity mass-spectrometry has lead identification a Ag, defined peptide epitope from amino-enhancer split (AES) protein. This protein part "Notch" complex involved in regulation cell fate during development. Ag recognized both ovarian reactive lines. Studies on HER-2 optimization have also led design clinical trial with E75: (369 - 377) for patients cancer. To address significance these epitopes we are currently exploring ability corresponding induce specific immunity.
