摘要: Water resources management is a worldwide challenge for the 21 st century. in urbanized cities raises question of cohabitation between collective wastewater services and individualized systems. Thus, an objective measure efficiency required: this can be done by evaluating lev el provided service instead means available themselves. For several decades , emergence new alternative technologies has been raising servi ces offered traditional used drainage management. This emphasized need global systems evolution legislation, from discharges standards ("emission based") to enviro nment acceptance capacities ("immision based"). Integrating these impacts becomes neces sary step order plan sustainable decisions. In context, methodology, named E DASR 1 proposed support strategies. methodology applied on SIVOM (Intermunicipal Union with multiple vocations) t he Mulhousian agglomeration (Alsace, France). study conducted close colla boration local authorities, “Lyonnaise Des Eaux” (Mulhousian manager) stakeholders (associations, Agency, etc.).
