摘要: Two groups of 12 rats received daily injections cocaine (20 mg/kg, i.p.) or saline for 15 days following bilateral infusions 6-hydroxydopamine vehicle into the lateral ventricles. Cocaine administration resulted in significant decreases CRF receptor labeling primarily brain areas associated with mesolimbic/mesocortical dopaminergic system. All cocaine-induced changes binding were attenuated lesioned animals, suggesting that these effects may be mediated, part, through actions drug on neuronal activity. Dopamine also involved release rat since purported loss innervations increased saline-treated animals.
