摘要: RATIONALE Cerebral aneurysm is a common cause of intracranial hemorrhage, stroke, and death. It treated with vascular surgeries, such as coil embolism artery clipping. However, surgery itself risk factor that may rupture aneurysm, leads to irreversible brain damage, even Rapid ventricular pacing (RVP) procedure temporarily lowers blood pressure by increasing heart rate reducing filling time. RVP has been widely used reduce vessel tension in many cardiovascular surgeries. PATIENT CONCERNS A 46-year-old man came our hospital intermittent right-side headache for 5 years, left lower limb numbness 3 months. DIAGNOSES Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) the head digital subtraction angiography confirmed diagnosis right middle cerebral (MCA) aneurysm. INTERVENTIONS Considering large size this MCA was during repair, hemorrhage procedure. OUTCOMES Post procedure, there no abnormality detected. Seven weeks after surgery, patient's muscle tone side extremities were grade V IV. Computed tomography LESSONS In cases rupture, will induce transient "very low pressure" condition, give valuable time frame clip ruptured Therefore safe effective method provide reduction cardiac output patients.
