摘要: Abstract The cyclic deformation behaviour of normalized SAE 1045 steel (german grade Ck 45) has been investigated over a range temperatures between 20 and 375°C. Special attention paid to the effects dynamic strain ageing, which are most pronounced around 300°C. Different types tests (tension tests, incremental step constant amplitude under stress control with 400 MPa as well plastic 0.5%) were carried out observe influence temperature on macroscopic mechanical behaviour. These followed by TEM studies microstructural features. In maximum material was found show strength in unidirectional tests. While fatigue life is at ageing stress-controlled it minimum controlled At 300°C, dislocations arranged dense dislocation tangles parallel walls, whereas room higher (375°C) mainly cell structures observed.
